You can hire them by completing the 'Mark of Leadership' quest.

If you get a leadership token, all mercenary quests are unlocked.

However, the mercenaries Lilira and Reijin are Base Lv. You can recruit at 28,

Ayumi, Natalie, and Giono are Base Lv. You can recruit at 42.

Corresponding Base Lv. After completing the unlocked quest, recruitment is complete!

If you obtain a command token, the mercenary slot locked in the battle area will be unlocked.

As with the first mercenary, select the mercenary profile on the left and click the 'Participate' arrow

The mercenary must be upgraded to Lv. You can grow beyond 40.

In the 'Mercenary' window, select the mercenary you want to advance to.

You can change your job through the 'Evolution' button in the 'Attribute' tab.

If you click Move in the lower right corner, you will go directly to the quest.
