Communication – Friends and Parties
If you think you've found an adventurer you like while chatting in town,
How would you like to make friends?
Or create a party and hunt MVP together
You can even run the dungeon!
In this guide, we will:
Make friends with other adventurers, create a party, or
We'll show you how to join an existing party!
Friends
I met you while walking around town
Make friends with like-minded adventurers!
Click this icon next to the chat window.
Then, a window like the one below will open.
You can make friends or chat in this window.
You can add a friend by clicking the Add Friend button on the bottom left.
After searching for the ID or name of the adventurer you want to add as a friend, click Add and you're done!
You can chat with the friends you added right from the Friends window.
However, since friend requests are not mutual,
Even if the other person is a friend to me, I may not be a friend to the other person.
To be friends with each other, the other person must also add you as a friend.
If you have received a friend addition, the friend addition notification message below
If you click '[Add Friend]', you can easily add them as friends!
Party
The party was previously mentioned in the 'Basic Controls and UI' guide.
You can create a party through 'Quest Navigator' or join an existing party.
Or, you can create a party by selecting the adventurers you want to join!
After choosing an adventurer like when talking to an NPC
Touch the other adventurer's profile that appears above to open the adventurer information window
Click Party Invite to complete the party creation!
Or you can join a party right from the chat window.
In the same way as above, click the profile of the adventurer you want to party within the chat window.
Just pop up the adventurer information window and click Invite to party.
You can also join an existing party by clicking 'Find a Party'.
You can click each content button on the left side of the window to see a list of parties targeting that content.
'None' is a party that has not specified the target content.
If you select one content, the 'Automatic Matching' button at the bottom is activated.
If you press 'Auto Matching', you are automatically invited to a party that meets your conditions among the automatically matching parties.
You can update the list through 'Update List
However, a cooldown of 5 seconds occurs every time the list is updated.
You can stop looking for a party and create your own through 'Create Party'.
When you form a party, the nicknames of the party members turn blue.
In the case of a party leader, party members can be summoned collectively.
Party members can accompany the party leader.
Both of these can be accessed from the quest navigator on the left side of the screen.
When you click the cogwheel to the right of an adventurer's name, the menu composition for the party leader and party members is slightly different.
You can view the adventurer's information through 'View Information'.
Press 'Companion target' to designate the adventurer as a target, and the target will come closer.
Also, if you press 'Invite to accompany', the user will designate the party leader as a target and move closer to the party leader.
With the 'promote to party leader', 'expelled party', or 'leave party' button
You can transfer the party leader to the adventurer, expel the adventurer from the party,
You can leave the party. In the case of a party leader, automatically transfer the party leader and leave.
If you press this icon in the quest navigator, you can open the party window.
In the party window, you can see the members of your party at a glance and easily invite other adventurers.
You can set the party's goal by touching the goal. However, this feature can only be used by the party leader.
If you set a goal, you can use the automatic matching and batch shout function in the party window.
You can also use automatic matching by checking the checkbox below.
Automatic matching is literally a system that matches adventurers and parties that match the party's goals.
Among the adventurers who applied for automatic matching, through the job conditions and level restrictions of the target content
After selecting adventurers who meet the criteria, invite them to the party.
Batch Shout is to promote information about the party through the chat window.
It is only visible in the party chat window of adventurers who match the party's goals.
Easy Chat - Party
When you join a party, an icon like this is created above the chat window.
If you press this icon, you can chat with your party members without having to turn on the chat window.
The basic usage is the same as the normal chat window.
However, if you enter a chat, the chat you entered will float on the screens of all party members.
On the right side of the chat window, there are 'Restore Location' and 'Cancel Quick Chat' buttons.
'Restore position' returns the window to its original position when it is moved.
'Cancel Quick Chat' removes all the Quick Chat windows and icons.
The removed simple chat window can be recalled from 'Settings' in 'Communication – Chatting'.
